Job summary

OrthoAtlanta, LLC is seeking a Physician Assistant to support a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon in clinical and surgical settings. The role involves independent patient management in clinic, OR assistance, and collaborative care to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Open to new grads with experience preferred; Georgia licensure or eligibility is required. The position is full-time and on-site in Stockbridge, GA, with competitive pay and quarterly bonuses, plus excellent benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Georgia.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Excellent clinical judgement and problem-solving ability.
• Clear, professional communication with colleagues and patients.

Responsibilities

• Support a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon in clinical and surgical settings.
• See and manage patients independently in clinical settings.
• Assist in operating room as needed.
• Perform hospital and emergency room consultations.
• Provide follow-ups, inpatient rounding, and participate in call rotation.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
• Work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families.
