Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care in Nassau County, NY is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant with adult and pediatric experience to join our Northwell-affiliate urgent care centers.

We offer a pay range of $68–$89 per hour based on experience, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401K plan, disability and life insurance, CME allowance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• PA with 2+ years of full-time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine.
• Comfortable performing minor procedures (sutures, splints) and reading EKGs and X-rays.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial team player with adult and pediatric patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services to adult and pediatric patients in a high-volume setting.
• Collaborate with Northwell Health partners and GoHealth Urgent Care teams.
• Participate in on-site procedures and care coordination, including patient education.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• PA 2 or more. of Full‑Time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
