Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is recruiting Full-Time Primary Care Physician Assistants for our neighborhood health centers. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of primary care experience as a Physician Assistant and possess excellent communication skills to actively engage in a multidisciplinary team.

Demonstrated commitment to CHA’s mission and patient population is essential; fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole is valued.

CHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard University Medical School and Tufts University School of Medicine.

The full time guaranteed base salary range of $108,000-$161,000 is based on years of experience includes a comprehensive benefits package for employees and their families. Total compensation for production and other incentive programs.
