1. Schedule: ASAP - Ongoing (Monday - Friday, 5 x 8 or 4 x 10 shifts)
2. Call: 1:14 weekday call, 1:4 weekend call
3. Overtime: Minimal
4. Cases: B&B, Bariatrics, GU/GI, OB (mandatory), Orthopedics, Pediatrics (minimal), Robotics, TEE/EP
5. Supervision: 1:3 to 1:4
6. Requirements: Must have active ACLS and BLS certifications
