Job description

Locums, Inc. is seeking a Physician for Mobile Occupational Health Testing Services at multiple government facilities in Eastern Florida for a short-term assignment. All state and Federal licenses are accepted at all government facilities. Mobile unit and equipment are provided separately.

About the Opportunity :
  1. Period of Performance will be 9 days over either 3/30/2020 - 4/10/2020 OR 4/13/2020 - 4/24/2020, depending on staffing availability
  2. Estimated 30 patients per day
  3. Mobile Unit testing to include:
    1. Audiogram Hearing Testing and result uploading to the customer system
    2. Height, Weight, Blood Pressure
    3. Job Functional Analysis or Kraus-Weber that includes back strength and flexibility
    4. Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) to include Respirator Fit testing, FEV1, and FVC
    5. Daily status reporting to client
    6. Compilation of patient testing results and submission to client upon completion of testing
Requirements :
  1. Active and unrestricted state or Federal license
  2. Board Certified or Eligible in Occupational Medicine
  3. Knowledge of DOEHRS-HC Audiogram data reporting (preferred)
