Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN, seeks an Anesthesiologist to join an independent practice providing anesthesia for inpatient and outpatient procedures. The role features a 2 weeks on/off schedule with no in-house call and 24/7 CRNA call coverage in a 118-bed hospital with a 14-bed ICU and Level III trauma center.
Compensation is nationally competitive with full benefits; MD/DO, fellowship, and board certification are required, with demonstrated anesthesia caseload in the last 24 months.

Compensation Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $447,490 - $579,105 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
