Overview

The Department of Anesthesiology at Banner University Medical Group Tucson is growing and actively interviewing physician anesthesiologists to provide exceptional patient care in our new community-based model.

We offer an outpatient surgical schedule with no overnight or holiday call, 100% personal performance, and a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities

• Care for a diverse surgical outpatient population by supporting cases in Orthopedics, GI, Ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, Plastics, Urology, and General Surgery.
• Provide anesthesia services in modern, technologically advanced outpatient settings at the Tucson campus, South Tucson campus, and ASC locations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Anticipated total annual compensation ~\$545,000 (guaranteed salary + productivity, shift differentials, and value bonus).
• \$50,000 sign‑on bonus.
• \$100,000 loan repayment assistance available.
• Competitive compensation structure including shift differentials and additional shift pay for extra earnings.
