Role Overview

Seeking board-certified/eligible physician anesthesiologists to provide outpatient community-practice anesthesia care in modern surgical settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% solo, personal performance anesthesia for outpatient cases in diverse specialties including Orthopedics, GI, Ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, Plastics, Urology, and General Surgery.
• Deliver anesthesia with no overnight call or holiday work, ensuring a balanced work-life environment.
• Participate in approximately 17 shifts per month as part of full-time or flexible part-time schedules.
• Support outpatient surgical procedures at various locations, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board Certified/Eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
• Strong commitment to personal performance and outpatient anesthesia.
• Excellent clinical skills and ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive total annual compensation estimated at $545,000, including guaranteed salary, productivity units, shift differentials, and incentives.
• Sign-on bonus of $50,000 and loan repayment assistance up to $100,000.
