Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association in Maryland is seeking a licensed anesthesiologist to provide anesthesia care across general surgery, GI, OB, pain management, orthopedics and pediatrics.

Collaborate with MDs and CRNAs in a basic general anesthesia care model, support OB services, assist with minimally invasive spine surgeries and occasional craniometry, and manage anesthesia independently with no cardiac cases.

Qualifications

• Current medical license and certification in anesthesiology.
• Experience with general anesthesia and perioperative patient management.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Deliver safe, effective anesthesia care, contribute to a multidisciplinary team, and support the expansion of OB services.

• Participate in a 1:9 call schedule from home, with post-call days off.

Competitive salary starting at $450,000 with W2 earnings up to $600,000, $50,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, 6 weeks PTO, partnership opportunity with no buy-in, and flexible call schedule.
