Job summary

CHRISTUS St. Vincent in Santa Fe, NM, is seeking a full-time anesthesiologist to join a hospital-employed, MD-led team. You’ll split supervision and personal cases in a collaborative environment with MDs, CRNAs, CAAs, and an acute pain NP.

This not-for-profit facility offers a structured shift model, generous time off, a relocation package, CME/licensure support, and robust malpractice coverage. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required; board-certified in anesthesiology.
• NM medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BC or BE within 5 years of training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical anesthesia care as part of a hospital-based team.
• Supervise and direct anesthesia services with MDs, CRNAs, CAAs, and an acute pain NP.
• Collaborate on a dynamic case mix in a fully integrated program.

CHRISTUS St. Vincent is currently welcoming one full-time anesthesiologist to join the team in beautiful Santa Fe!

Our program is a fully hospital employed, MD led care team model where you’ll collaborate with MDs, CRNAs, CAAs, and an acute pain NP to deliver surgical anesthesia care. Position offers a nice blend of shifts doing supervision/direction as well as doing your own cases.

Must be BC (or BE within 5 years of training) and hold an unencumbered license in NM (or ability to obtain). Preference for two or more years of experience working in a care team model, but new graduates welcome to apply. No visa sponsorship available for this position.
