Job summary

CHRISTUS St. Vincent is seeking a full-time anesthesia professional to join our Santa Fe, NM team.

This not-for-profit facility offers a Level III trauma center with modern ORs and Epic EMR, featuring a base salary around $260,000 and generous bonuses for sign-on, relocation, and retention. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care as part of CHRISTUS St. Vincent anesthesia team.
• Engage in shift-based coverage with multiple shifts available.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout operative cases.
• Utilize Epic health record system and state-of-the-art ORs.

Summary:

Join the CHRISTUS St. Vincent anesthesia team, a fully employed care team model in beautiful Santa Fe, NM.

• Shift based model
• Level 3 Trauma
• Dynamic case mix - no hearts, no sick pediatrics, no transplants
• Epic health record and state of the art ORs
• Annual Base Salary at $260,000
• Flat rate for what is typically light call shifts (24 hr, weekend) above base salary
• Additional bonus opportunities including annual $5k Quality Incentive, one-time $20k sign on and relocation bonus, $30k retention bonuses for each two-year commitment beyond year one.
• CME and licensure allowance $5k annually
• Approx. 6 weeks time off plus holidays and CME time
