CHRISTUS St. Vincent in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a CRNA to join our anesthesia team in a fully employed care model. This shift-based role situates you in a Level III trauma center with a dynamic case mix, Epic health records, and state-of-the-art ORs.

Compensation includes an annual base salary of $265,000, a flat rate for light call shifts above base, plus a $5k Quality Incentive, a $20k sign-on, relocation bonus, $30k retention bonuses, CME/licensure allowance, and full malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Prefer one+ year of CRNA experience; new graduates welcome
• BLS & ACLS required

• Shift based model
• Level 3 Trauma
• Dynamic case mix - no hearts, no sick pediatrics, no transplants
• Epic health record and state of the art ORs
• Annual Base Salary at $265,000
• Flat rate for what is typically light call shifts (24 hr, weekend) above base salary
• Additional bonus opportunities including annual $5k Quality Incentive, one-time $20k sign on and relocation bonus, $30k retention bonuses for each two‑year commitment beyond year one.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited training program, NBCRNA certification
• Prefer one+ year of experience practicing as a CRNA, new graduates also welcome to apply
