Compensation and Benefits

• $425k base salary, $45k for voluntary calls, $61k pension contribution, and $3k CME allowance

• $500/month for travel between multiple smaller campuses
• $80/month cell phone expenses

• 18-month partnership, granted after 2 years of employment
• Buy-in: partner required to purchase 1 share of stock in the practice for $2.5k
