Job summary

CompHealth is seeking board-certified anesthesiologists to join a well-established group with 20 anesthesiologists and 8 CRNAs. Enjoy a supportive care team model, operating across OB, ortho, vascular, thoracic, peds, and ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia.

The position offers a partnership track, generous vacation (10–12 weeks) and CME time, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, malpractice, pension), and salary negotiation support.

Qualifications

• Board-certified anesthesiologist required.
• US physician licensed or eligible to practice in Maine.
• Experience in OB, ortho, vascular, thoracic, pediatrics, and regional anesthesia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia services across multiple surgical subspecialties.
• Participate in a collaborative care team model with own cases (approximately 70%).
• Assist with salary and contract negotiation and interview coordination.
