About the Job

You will provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. This role offers a smaller panel and ample time with each patient in a capitated‑fee environment.

Responsibilities

Primary provider of patient‑centered care, managing a panel of 800–1000 patients, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and health promotion. Conduct 30–60 minute appointments, facilitate technology‑enabled care, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. Maintain electronic medical records, attend regular provider meetings, and participate in collaborative oversight with Advanced Practice Providers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school and completed residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatric.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; active state license required; DEA preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification at start date; may require dispensing license per state regulations.
