About the Job

You will provide patient‑centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. This role offers a smaller panel of 800–1000 patients, longer visits, and a capitated fee environment.

• Enhanced Relationships: Patient panels limited to 800–1000 patients, appointments of 30–60 minutes
• Aligned Incentives: Focus on improving health outcomes, patient engagement, and satisfaction without distorted fee‑for‑service incentives; all care included in monthly membership fee paid by the employer
• Focus on Preventive Care: Opportunity to proactively work with patients to prevent diseases and injuries by promoting lifestyle changes
• Flexible Practice: Insurance‑free environment, reduced paperwork, and use of mobile technologies and secure email for patient access
• Improved Medical Model: Electronic medical records and population management tools to assist clinical teams in providing state‑of‑the‑art care
• Collaborative Oversight: Interdisciplinary teamwork with at least two or more Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) within the organization

Qualifications
