The Flat Shoals Outpatient Health Center, located in Decatur, Georgia, is recruiting a full-time Physician. This center is part of the Community Medicine neighborhood clinics of Grady Health System. The Physician will provide outpatient medical services and continuity of care for a panel of patients.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Medicine (MD or DO) required
• Completion of primary care residency program
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Primary Care Physician preferred
• Licensed to practice medicine in Georgia without restrictions
• Board eligible or certified in internal medicine, pediatrics, family medicine, or preventive medicine
• Must become board certified within one year of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered, culturally competent medical care
• Promote coordinated care for patients
