Mindrift is seeking US-based, actively practicing physicians (MD/DO) to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation program. General and internal medicine are the main focus.

You will evaluate vignettes paired with questions, score the clinical reasoning quality, assess whether the vignette leads to the correct answer, and write concise rationales. Work proceeds through three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.

Qualificações

• MD or DO with an active US medical license.
• Board certification or residency with recent direct patient care.
• Broad multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based guideline application.
• Experience in medical AI evaluation or exam-question review is a plus.
• Strong written English (C1+).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes paired with a question, a proposed answer, and a distractor across multiple medical domains.
• Score diagnostic reasoning quality, answer accuracy, and task gradability.
• Check whether reasoning traces lead to the answer and write short rationales.
• Work through three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.
