Physician - Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiologist - Grand Rapids, Michigan

Join Corewell Health's Cardiovascular Services Department as a full-time Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist. We are a well-supported team of 7 AHF physicians and over 50 cardiologists, offering a rewarding environment for qualified BE/BC candidates committed to excellence in patient care.

Our program is the largest in the state and includes a regional Amyloid Referral Center, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, advanced device programs, and a comprehensive heart failure care system. We have a 22-bed Heart Failure ICU, a 39-bed Cardio-Thoracic ICU, and support over 7,000 patients through our high-volume Heart Failure Clinic. Opportunities for research, teaching, and regional practice expansion are available.
