Corewell Health Medical Group's Cardiovascular Services Department has a rewarding and well-supported opportunity for a full-time Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist to join their team of 7 AHF physicians and over 50 cardiologists. Qualified BE/BC candidates who are committed to excellence in patient care and possess strong clinical skills are welcome to apply.
Our advanced heart failure program is the state's largest and includes a regional Amyloid Referral Center, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, advanced heart failure cardiac device programs including a high volume Cardiomems program, a CRT Non-Responder program in collaboration with EP, an integrated heart failure palliative care program, ADV Heart Failure/structural heart transcatheter mitral / tricuspid valve replacement and TAVR program, and a pharmacist led GDMT Titration clinic.Point of care testing is readily available to streamline ambulatory treatments and we also offer patients clinic IV/Infusion support.We are well supported by senior operations for ongoing process improvement and program development.
