MedCap Health is seeking a Physician with Acute Care experience to lead a talented team of hospital specialists and nursing staff in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This contracted, full-time role offers meaningful clinical leadership and growth potential.

You will work day shifts, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend coverage, overseeing complex cases, coordinating care, and ensuring high-quality medical oversight.

Qualifications

• Board-certified (or eligible) in internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of specialists and nurse practitioners in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
• Deliver hospital-level care and manage complex cases.
• Coordinate with administration to maintain flexible, consistent scheduling.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Physicians work during the day, Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed. We can work together to build a consistent schedule that fits your needs and availability.

YOUR DAY

Our Physicians lead a talented team of specialists and nurse practitioners in delivering exceptional, hospital-level care. You'll work in an Inpatient rehabilitation hospital, overseeing your team in providing quality medical care and assisting with more complex cases. With flexible hours, you'll be able to help patients and make a tangible impact on your own terms.
