Join the Department of Pathology and Genomic Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University as a full-time, board-certified faculty member with subspecialty training in Cytopathology and Surgical Pathology. This role offers an open rank, suitable for candidates with relevant experience, in either the Clinical Scholar or Clinical Educator track. Subspecialty training in breast pathology is highly desirable.
The position involves clinical sign-out duties in Surgical Pathology (preferably including Breast pathology) and Cytopathology, participation in resident and fellowship training, and clinical conferences. The department has an ACGME-accredited residency and cytopathology fellowship. Pennsylvania medical licensure is required.
The successful candidate will contribute to scholarship and may pursue independent or translational research, with opportunities for developing specialized expertise. The department supports intradepartmental and interdepartmental collaborations.
