Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Michigan medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in relevant specialty.
• Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient examinations, evaluations, and medical histories.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans and treatment protocols.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, lab work, and imaging studies.
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and treatment options.

Requirements:

• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and bedside manner skills
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
