Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our Cooper Care Alliance team in Upper Township, NJ. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages, focusing on prevention and management of chronic conditions.

Applicants must possess a Medical Degree (MD or DO) and experience in an ambulatory setting. Bilingual skills are a plus. Competitive salary determined based on experience and qualifications is offered.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Experience in an ambulatory or outpatient care setting preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records (e.g., Epic).
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in New Jersey.
• DEA license and current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and manage treatment plans, including prescribing medications and coordinating referrals.
• Promote preventive care and health education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health, and specialists.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings.
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
