For more than 20 years, we've provided high-quality, home-based primary care to older adults who are homebound, medically complex, or living with chronic conditions. As part of the Parker Advanced Care Institute at VNA Health Group, our interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants delivers comprehensive in-home medical care, including routine visits, chronic disease management, telehealth, diagnostics, and wound care.
The Physician is responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate primary care to homebound patients, ensuring their symptoms are well-managed and their quality of life is maximized. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while helping individuals remain safe, stable, and well-supported in the place they call home.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $200,000.00 to USD $296,000.00. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
