Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care, partnering with UPMC Health System, seeks experienced physicians for UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care in the Pittsburgh area and beyond. You will join a clinical team delivering urgent care with emphasis on patient-centered care and collaboration with on-site staff.

Requirements include board certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds, and at least one year in urgent care or emergency medicine, with comfort in minor procedures and imaging interpretation.

Qualifications

• One year of full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Comfortable performing minor procedures (suturing, casts, splints).
• Experience treating patients ages 6 months and up in acute care setting.
• Ability to read EKGs and X-rays.

Minimum Qualifications

• One (1) year of full-time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting required, or 2 years of Family Medicine.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required.
• Experience treating patients ages 6 months and up in an acute care setting required.
• Physicians need to be board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds.
