Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). We are a progressive, multi-specialty group with Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health sites throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. We are affiliated with Wayne Memorial Hospital.

We are seeking a full-time Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at Hamlin Family Health Center (FHC) and provide comprehensive medical care to our diverse patient population. In addition, the successful candidate will support the Weight Loss Program and Walk-in Overflow. Our primary care practices are outpatient only, business hours with very limited night or weekend obligations. Call is limited to rotating phone support. Inpatient service is provided by the systems' hospitalist group. Candidates can follow their own inpatients if desired. EMR platform is eCW. Practice is in the process of seeking level III medical home certification.
