Collaborating/Supervising Physician for Advanced Practice Providers – Georgia, North Carolina, or Tennessee

Animo Sano Psychiatry seeks a dedicated and innovative Collaborating/Supervising Physician to provide oversight and guidance to our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in delivering high-quality mental healthcare across the United States. This plays a vital role in our behavioral health care practice, helping us to transform lives through our patient-centered approach.

  • Provide supervision, coaching, and support to our team of APPs
  • Review and co-sign patient charts as required by state regulations
  • Provide input on clinical protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with the rest of the clinical team to ensure a high standard of care
  • Participate in regular meetings with APPs to provide feedback and guidance
  • Remain up-to-date with relevant medical knowledge and advancements in the field of psychiatry
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Ability to provide high-quality, accessible patient care
  • Commitment to an organizational culture that recognizes the humanity and dignity of our patients and staff
  • Team player, open to learning and adopting evidence-based strategies in the management of our patients
  • A valid medical license in any of the following states; NC, TN, and GA
  • Experience in psychiatry
  • Animo Sano Psychiatry will reimburse for expenses incurred to expand licensure to Oklahoma, Missouri, Arizona, and Arkansas.
