Job summary

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) invites qualified physicians to join our HIV primary care outpatient team in Fort Lauderdale. You will deliver patient-centered care, focusing on underserved communities including LGBTQ individuals and people living with HIV/AIDS.

The role offers a stable outpatient schedule with strong professional support, generous pay components, and opportunities for loan forgiveness and CME support.

Qualifications

• Active state MD or DO license in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Infectious Disease.
• Valid DEA registration and furnishing license.
• Experience treating HIV/AIDS in outpatient primary care.
• Willing to obtain AAHIVM certification within 18 months.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered HIV primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Manage a panel of 15-18 patients per day.
• Collaborate with a full support team and share call schedule.
• Maintain licensure and pursue AAHIVM certification within 18 months.
