MedCap Health is seeking physicians to lead a skilled team in long-term care facilities. The role is contracted, with full-time, part-time, or flexible arrangements.

You will supervise a team of specialists and nurse practitioners, delivering hospital-level care with autonomy and growth potential. Ideal candidates hold board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics and have leadership experience.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Physicians work during the day, Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed. We can work together to build a consistent schedule that fits your needs and availability.

Our Physicians lead a talented team of specialists and nurse practitioners in delivering exceptional, hospital-level care. You'll work in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing your team in providing quality medical care and assisting with more complex cases. With flexible hours, you'll be able to help patients and make a tangible impact on your own terms!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics
• Leadership experience would be preferred
