Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking MDs and DOs to become independent contractors providing mobile wound care in nursing facilities. You’ll be responsible for hands-on medical care, making clinical decisions, and managing patient outcomes in a flexible, autonomous role.

As a 1099 provider, you earn per-visit and per-procedure pay with a quarterly bonus program and company-provided training. No call, nights, weekends, or overhead; true practice autonomy awaits.

Qualifications

• Active Texas medical license.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license.
• Residency not required / Board certification not required.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Active, clear, and unrestricted Texas medical license.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license.
• Note: You do not need to have completed a full residency program and do not need to be Board Certified/Eligible to thrive in this role.
