Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking MDs and DOs to transition from hospital settings to mobile wound care in Texas nursing facilities. As an independent contractor, you provide hands-on geriatric care, make clinical decisions, and enjoy true autonomy while we handle contracts and billing.

This role offers per-visit and per-procedure pay, a quarterly bonus program up to 30%, and comprehensive wound care training including biannual CME conferences.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Active, clear, and unrestricted Texas medical license.

• Note: You do not need to have completed a full residency program and do not need to be Board Certified/Eligible to thrive in this role.
