Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a full-time Physician (M.D./D.O) to join our NY metro network partnered with Northwell Health. The role targets physicians with adult and pediatric experience and offers autonomy with mentoring and flexible scheduling.

Salary ranges from $135 to $160 per hour, based on specialty training and experience. The practice emphasizes patient-centered care in a diverse community of providers across multiple centers.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• 1–2 yrs of experience in urgent care or ER treating all ages.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
• Adult and pediatric care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care for adults and children.
• Perform minor procedures and interpret EKGs/X-rays.
• Collaborate with Northwell Health network to deliver high-quality care.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Physicians: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine


• 1-2 yrs. of experience in either an urgent care or emergency room setting treating all ages (6 months and older)


• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
