Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking full-time Physicians (MD/DO) with adult and pediatric experience to join our Nassau County urgent care centers in a welcoming, diverse team. Compensation ranges from $135 to $160 per hour, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for flexible scheduling.

We partner with Northwell Health to expand access to urgent care using state-of-the-art technology and the ECW EMR. On-site support includes Rad Techs, Medical Assistants and Scribes to help you focus on

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in urgent care or ER treating all ages.
• Comfortable with minor procedures and reading EKGs and X-rays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent care to adult and pediatric patients in GoHealth Urgent Care centers.
• Collaborate with Northwell Health network and utilize ECW EMR for patient records.
• Provide high-quality care with autonomy and professional support from a nationwide urgent care network.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Physicians: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care
• 1 or more yrs. of experience in either an urgent care or emergency room setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
