Job summary

Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy is seeking an entry-level assistant to support therapists in outpatient clinics across multiple states. You will help prepare patients, manage non-clinical tasks, and guide patients through light exercises while ensuring a safe, clean environment.

No prior experience or education is required; strong communication and a professional demeanor are essential. This role offers opportunities in a collaborative clinical setting within our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
