Physical Therapy Technician - PRN - Results Physiotherapy - AST

Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapy Technician to join our team in Lebanon, TN

Position Overview

The Technician is an unlicensed associate working under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist. They assist in providing patient care in accordance with state Practice Acts and company policies, requiring excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

1. Preparing equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
2. Assisting and observing patients performing prescribed therapy exercises and documenting responses.
3. Performing basic treatments such as applying ice packs and heat pads.
4. Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, and managing linens.
5. Assisting with administrative tasks like patient intake, scheduling, and answering calls.
6. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
4. Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software.
