CommuniCare Health Centers (Texas) is seeking a Physical Therapist Technician to support rehabilitation teams in San Antonio. The role assists with patient treatment plans, teaches therapeutic exercises, documents visits, and coordinates referrals.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least one year as a PTT, BLS certification, and strong communication with diverse populations. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience as a physical therapist technician.
• Ability to assist with matching patient needs to treatment plans.
• Ability to communicate well with staff, community, and patients.
• Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural diversity.
• Preferred bilingual in English and Spanish.
• BLS certification required.

Mansioni

• Assists PTs/physicians with patient evaluation and treatment plans.
• Teaches patients therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Documents visits in the electronic health record and ensures timely closures.
• Assists with referrals to in-house and community services.
• Maintains professional relationships with community agencies to support patient care.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
