Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Physical Therapy Office experience preferred.
• Excellent Customer Service, Telephone, and Communication skills.
• Experience with patient scheduling & EMR Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for therapy and assist them into therapy apparel.
• Answer questions and requests to inform patients.
• Assist with heat packs, paraffin dips, and equipment use during therapy.
• Educate patients on proper equipment and exercises.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and protect operations.
• Keep the work environment safe and clean by following procedures.
• Sterilize and deliver equipment; position for therapist access.
• Ensure therapy equipment runs properly; troubleshoot and request repairs.
• Contribute to the department’s reputation by taking on new tasks.
