BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Technician to join our Surf City, NC team. This role supports licensed therapists and helps ensure efficient, patient-centered care in a clinic setting.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma, strong customer service, and solid computer skills to manage scheduling and documentation. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Organizational detail and ability to multitask are important.

Responsabilités

• Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assist and/or observe patients perform prescribed therapy exercises; document responses.
• Perform basic prescribed treatments such as applying ice packs and heat pads.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas; change and launder linens.
• Assist with patient intake, answer calls and schedule appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
