Responsibilities

• Assist in providing a high quality of treatment and help welcome patients to prepare for therapy.
• Display excellent customer service and provide encouragement when appropriate.
• Follow the plan of care established by the therapist and support non-clinical tasks as needed.
• Educate patients about equipment and ensure safe usage.
• Assist patients with light exercises and strengthening techniques.
