Job summary

Team Rehab, a therapist-owned outpatient clinic network across several states, is hiring in Illinois. No prior experience required.

You’ll welcome patients, assist therapists with non-clinical tasks, guide light exercises, and ensure safe use of equipment. We offer on-the-job training, scholarships for PT/PTA education, and competitive pay of $15–$17 per hour, plus a low-cost medical plan with dental and vision, a 401(k) match, profit sharing, equity opportunities, monthly bonuses, and generous

Qualifications

• No prior experience or education required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
