Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated part-time Physical Therapy Technician to join our healthcare team in Fallston. In this role, you will work alongside licensed physical therapists to provide exceptional patient care and support therapeutic treatments.

• Assist physical therapists in delivering patient treatments and therapeutic exercises
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain therapy equipment
• Apply hot and cold therapy treatments under therapist supervision
• Welcome and guide patients through their appointment process
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
• Handle basic administrative tasks including phone calls and patient documentation
• Monitor and report patient progress to physical therapists
• Ensure proper setup and breakdown of therapy equipment
• Assist patients with mobility and exercise routines as directed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a medical setting preferred (1+ years)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Physical stamina to assist patients and handle equipment
• Proficiency in basic computer systems for scheduling and documentation
• Knowledge of medical equipment maintenance and safety protocols

Additional Information

Employment Type: Part-Time

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $15 -$16 hourly. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
