EmergeOrtho is North Carolina’s premier orthopedic care provider, seeking a Physical Therapy Technician to support therapists and assistants in planning and implementing patient care across multiple office locations. The role focuses on assisting with patient preparation, guiding exercise programs, and maintaining treatment areas and equipment.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced orthopedic setting.

With offices across North Carolina, the Physical Therapy Technician supports both the Physical Therapist and their Assistant in planning and implementing patient care. The Technician is responsible for administering physical therapy modalities of treatment under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist. The primary functions of this role include assisting with patient preparation before treatment, responding to patients’ requests for assistance while performing the exercise program, and maintaining the equipment used during the treatment session. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient confidentiality, cleaning, and sterilizing treatment areas, performing laundry services, and clerical tasks as requested.
