Job summary

Clinic hours vary by day; flexibility for an eight-hour shift during operating hours is required. High school diploma or GED preferred, with strong communication and manual dexterity essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: None.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate basic clinical information to patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Administers treatments or procedures as delegated by therapist and supervised by therapist/assistant.
• Maintains and distributes linen.
• Communicates effectively with the supervising therapist and colleagues; completes routine documentation.
• Assists department managers with various tasks or projects.
• Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to policies and standards.
• Promotes professional growth and acts as a preceptor or resource to less experienced staff.
• Demonstrates compassionate, personalized experiences for patients and families.
• Other duties as assigned.
