Job summary

Houston Physicians Hospital in Humble is seeking a PRN Therapy Service Tech to support licensed therapists with daily patient treatments and care. You will assist with patient care following therapist instructions and help maintain patient case files and clinic operations.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with responsibilities spanning equipment upkeep, linen management, and collaboration with front-office staff to support scheduling and billing documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with both patients and physicians.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately document information for billing purposes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in supervised clinical activities as deemed appropriate by the supervising licensed therapists, including direct patient contact.
• Maintain order in the department.
• Maintain/Monitor linens supplies and communicate linen stocks and needs to the clinic manager.
• Organize equipment and supplies required for treatment.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with patients, families, physicians and other employees.
• Monitor supply inventory and report needs to the clinic manager.
• Report malfunctioning or worn equipment to the clinic manager.
• Monitor equipment service dates and report service needs to the clinic manager.
