Job summary

OrthoAtlanta is seeking a Physical Therapy Tech to support therapists and patients in our fast-paced, collaborative clinic in Austell, GA. You’ll help patients move between exercises, set up equipment, and ensure a clean, well-stocked treatment area while maintaining patient privacy and a professional demeanor.

You will answer calls, assist with scheduling, check in patients, and help with paperwork, inventory, and procurement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior healthcare or physical therapy experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help patients move between exercises, set up equipment, and follow therapist directions during sessions
• Ensure treatment areas are tidy and stocked with necessary supplies for patient use
• Answer phone calls, assist with scheduling appointments, check in patients, and complete paperwork as needed
• Track inventory levels and help order needed equipment or materials for the therapy team
• Create a friendly, encouraging atmosphere for patients going through recovery and therapy
