Job summary

Bayside Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation in Central Maryland is seeking a motivated tech to gain hands-on experience, support clinicians, and complete observation hours for therapy programs in a busy outpatient setting.

You will assist therapists, administer hot/cold packs, maintain equipment, keep the clinic clean, and book appointments, while delivering friendly, patient‑centered service to families throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in a medical environment, ideally in a physical or occupational therapy department
• Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Caring nature, with a genuine interest in helping people
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Additional Information

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $15.00-$16.00.Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
