Madden & Gilbert Physical Therapy in Mechanicsburg, PA, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Tech to assist licensed therapists in delivering patient care and treatment support. You will help with therapeutic exercises, prepare treatment areas, and maintain equipment in a collaborative clinical setting.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in PT or OT programs, demonstrate strong communication skills, and can adapt to a team-based workflow with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a physical therapy or occupational therapy program (preferred)
• Working toward obtaining a college degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Physical stamina to assist patients and handle equipment
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Basic computer skills for maintaining electronic records
• Knowledge of therapy equipment and safety protocols
