Mountain Land Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual for a part-time Pre-PT training pathway. You will support licensed therapists, help with patient flow, and guide warmups as directed by the PT team.

No clinical experience is required; we provide training and a clear pathway to PT school. Flexible hours align with school or work commitments, with opportunities for scholarships and future full-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists during treatment by setting up equipment and assisting with patient flow.
• Guide patients through warm-ups and exercises as directed by the PT team.
• Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready for patients.
• Help the front desk as needed by checking in patients and supporting clinic flow.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures.

This role is ideal for soon to be college grads pursuing Pre-PT, PTA, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or healthcare administration. No clinical experience needed — we train you.

Expected Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate your school or work commitments.

Preferred hours are: Mon 1:30pm - 6:30pm, Tues 9am - 3pm, Wed & Fri: 7:30am-6:30pm.

Pay: Hourly wage of $10-$12, plus the career-building experience you need for PT school applications.
