Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication.
• Provide direct patient care, fostering personalized relationships to support recovery.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and treatments are effectively implemented.
• Lead a collaborative team in delivering compassionate, high-quality care that promotes positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current state licensure or certification, with CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• At least three years of physical therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.
• Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility are preferred.
